The conference participants discussed safety rules in the event of a threat to life, monitoring in public spaces and similar issues
Mr Bogdan Wenta, Mayor of the City of Kielce, commenced the panel by mentioning how easy it is to disturb the sense of public security. All it takes is just an e-mail threat. The importance of an effective quick response system to all kinds of threats, regardless of their scale and type was also emphasised.
