The Neocatechumenal communities meeting began with a prayer. The pilgrims spent Thursday morning on the Bible meditation. After lunch they move onto the Artists Square  in order to preach Gospel among Kielce inhabitants. This part ended with a Holy Mass in the Capuchins Church in Warszawska Street. The plan of Italians' visit to Poland was supervised and managed by Father Nikos Skuras - an itinerant catechist who currently lives in Kielce. Half Pole half Greek, Father Skuras has been for years associated with the Neocatechumenal Way.

The Italians, just like all other pilgrims who have come for the World Youth Days had the chance to experience the Polish hospitality and openness. They were welcomed by Mr Andrzej Mochoń PhD, Targi Kielce President of Board. Representations of particular towns were making presentations in the course of the meeting; each was greeted with enthusiastic applause.  Czestochowa is the next stop at the Italians' pilgrim-route in Poland.
